In the Fall of 2004, I started attending SVA in NY. Later that Fall, my brother told me to hop on a Chinatown bus and come visit him in DC / at Howard University’s Homecoming. Since 2004, I’ve visited DC/HU countless times. So, for 2023’s homecoming, I wanted to design a hat that commemorated my experience there.
